The location, right next to Alexanderplatz, made it easy to explore the city. The modern furnishings gave the hostel a stylish vibe. Despite the hostel's size, the facilities were kept clean and the host staff was friendly. We appreciated the variety of train and bus connections in the area.

We were amazed by the great location of Generator. The design of the rooms was really modern and gave off a young and vibrant vibe. We instantly felt comfortable and at home as soon as we walked in. The atmosphere was cozy and friendly. The bar area was cool and relaxed, with plenty of drink options. Even though we were in a mixed dorm, we felt completely safe and had enough privacy. The showers had great pressure and the rooms were always warm and cozy. The hostel was easy to find and close to everything, making it convenient for exploring the city. we had an excellent experience at Generator and would definitely recommend it to our friends.

The toilets didn't have hand soap. Hand soap is basic I'm not asking for shower gel, just hand soap. Because people after defecating touch door knobs and each other, most of them didn't wash their hands with soap after using the toilet. To expect that every guest carry their own soap to the toilets is a way of spreading disease.

We were one of the first guests in the hostels. So everything was super clean and smelled new. The facilities and furniture are modern. We enjoyed our stay and we would definitely come back!

There were just some akward moments with housekeeping staff. But we were told it was their third day opened so not everything can be perfect for the first days :)

generator berlin alexanderplatz was even better than my previous stay in berlin. the location is unbeatable, with easy access to transportation and plenty of food and drink options nearby. the hostel itself has a great atmosphere, especially in the evenings on the 0 floor. the staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped.

One of the elevators was often out of service, causing some inconvenience during my stay.

The location of it is actually pretty good, very easy to get around by metro or foot. The room is very clean, and bed sheet will be replaced daily. The staff are generally friendly and helpful. Breakfast has great value.

As I mentioned, they clean your room daily, but that also means you should not leave anything outside of the locker, otherwise they will be thrown away. It happened to me, but luckily I got most of my stuff back. It is by no mean a fault, just something you should note.

Everything was perfect. The best hostel I have been.
